I find joy in creating artwork that touches your soul. The texture helps you feel what you’re viewing. Although I’ve produced my artwork in several mediums including oils, watercolor, acrylic and sculpture, it was while sculpting that I found my passion. Now, while creating paintings with acrylic I’m able to produce paintings that with textures allows you to “feel” what you are looking at. Each painting becomes an immersive experience communicating  beyond the scope of the spoken word and  creating hyper-texturized paintings that verge on the edge of sculptural, reaching outwards from the canvases and into your world

My paintings have been on display in several galleries, a local museum &  businesses and enjoyed by devoted collectors throughout the United States and Canada.

Being an active part of the Gilbert and Phoenix community has been important to me.  I enjoy the relationships with other artists while being a  member of the Scottsdale Artists League and the Gilbert Visual Art League.  My paintings have been exhibited in local juried art shows, winning awards, including multiple first, second, third-place & honorable mention ribbons.

My professional career as an account executive with a leading magazine allowed me to use my degree in Marketing & Graphic Design making work a fun experience   During my retirement I furthered my Art education by studying at the Scottsdale Art School & attending workshops under accomplished art instructors throughout the world.

I continue to deliberately transform passive viewers of my artwork into active participants of the living experience of art – accessing the unquenchable, dimensional joy I feel while enjoying this amazing beautiful world we live in.
