Lisa Betts is originally from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. At an early age, she was frequently creating artwork and taking classes through a local artist. She took inspiration from early childhood visits to world class museums such as the Philadelphia Museum of Art, the Brandywine Museum of Art, and the various museums of Bucks County, PA and their well-known artists, such as Thomas Eakins and Andrew Wyeth. Now residing in Scottsdale, Arizona, Lisa hopes to inspire others to appreciate and protect nature through the beauty she sees. Specializing in oil, she loves to paint flora, fauna, landscapes, and portraiture. Her work ranges from realistic to abstract . Lisa’s art is influenced by her love of gardening

and the various pets she has owned over the years.
