Our next fun show is just around the corner!!  Please join us Saturday, December 2nd at Creative Leather in Scottsdale. Show hours are 10 am – 4 pm. Creative Leather is located on the north side of Indian School Rd., one block east of Miller. For this show, we are allowing each artist to bring one sling to hold unframed, matted prints and originals.  All must be in new, clear plastic sleeves and marked clearly with Artist’s name, title of artwork, and price.  We will also have a table where artists can place for sale greeting cards, coasters, and other fine art print items with artists’ art printed on them.  Creative Leather has a huge front parking lot and area in front of the building; artists can bring up to four (4) easels for larger paintings. This is a new show for SAL so setup may take us longer than in future shows.  We want to be completely ready for customers at 10 am; therefore, we will be setting up early and will need everyone participating in the show to help.  If you aren’t participating but would like to help during the day at the sales table, wrapping sold art, etc., we would truly appreciate it!!  We can use all the help we can get as this allows the artists to spend more time with customers. We are also going to use this opportunity to raise funds for SAL through a raffle to be held that day.  We will place small paintings donated by SAL members around the Creative Leather store with a small box in front of each.  Customers can place their tickets in the boxes of the paintings they are interested in.  At the end of the show we will choose the winning ticket for each painting.  If you are willing to donate a small painting for this SAL fundraiser (11×14 or smaller), please get it to Shelley or Shannon before November 28th.
